15 gmyeast
10 gmsugar
2 tbspsalt
150 ml Luke warm water
1 tbspDry basil powder (For garlic spices)
1 tbsporegano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbspblack pepper powder
1/2 tbspsalt
1 tbspKashmiri Red chili powder
3-4 tbspmelted butter
3 tbspgarlic (chopped )
3-4 tbsp melted butter (Garlic butter)
3 tbspchopped garlic

Description - Step 1

Prepare the Garlic butter, yeast,dough

  • Add 150 ml lukewarm water to a bowl and add 10 g sugar. Add 15 g instant dry yeast and mix well. Keep aside to activate the yeast.
  •  Take a jar and add spices like dry basil powder, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, and Kashmiri red chili powder. Mix well. 
  • Add 300 gm all- purpose flour, salt, and the activated yeast to a bowl. Knead the dough well. Dust the surface, and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes. 
  • Keep the kneaded dough in a dry and warm place for fermentation. This will take about 40 minutes.
