1 cupRolled oats ( For the overnight oats:)
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Milk of your choice
1 tsp Instant Coffee (For assembly)
1 tbsp Sweetener of your choice
1/2 tspVanilla extract
2 cupsYogurt (For the yogurt layer)
1 tbsp Sweetener of your choice
2 tspCocoa powder (For garnishing)

Description - Step 1

Prepare the Coffee and Oats

Take a bowl and mix instant coffee and milk. You can also use an espresso shot.

To this coffee mixture, add the oats, sweetener, and chia seeds. Mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for one hour, or preferably overnight.
