Description - Step 1

Prepare the Dough

Add 100% MP Sharbati Atta and salt to a mixing bowl. Pour water gradually and knead until the dough becomes soft, elastic and smooth. The natural moisture absorption of Sharbati Atta helps create a supple dough that rolls easily without breaking. Add olive oil and knead for another minute. Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes for the best texture.
